My husband and I got a one-hour massage, which normally costs $60 per hour. We wanted a more intense massage, and the owner told us we'd need to pay an extra $20. So we paid an additional $20 each for the more intense service. My masseuse was really strong and very friendly, but my husband's masseuse wasn't very strong and didn't take the job seriously at all. My husband was really disappointed that he didn't get the intense massage he wanted.We also had to pay an extra $5.60 in fees for the card payment. After the massage, we had to swipe the card again to pay the tip - we couldn't write the tip on the original receipt. I gave my masseuse $20 in tips, and my husband's masseuse got $10. That extra $1.06 went towards more fees. Summary: My spouse and I paid $165.60 for an hour-long massage, plus a $30 tip. That brings the total cost of the massage to $196.65. I usually leave good reviews, but this time I'm giving it 4 stars

I really enjoyed my time here at Blue Dream Spa. I got the one-hour massage (60$) and it was just what I was looking for. The masseuse was polite, professional, and communicative. She asked upfront if I preferred "light, medium, or hard" pressure and I chose "medium". Then she asked if I preferred "oil or no oil". I went with oil and it was a very soothing experience. I particularly appreciated what she did with her palms on my lower back muscles. She smoothed/stretched the muscles out. It felt quite therapeutic. To me, one of the most important things is to be respected, and I felt respected here. In the past, at other parlors, I have felt like they were greedy. But I didn't sense that at all at Blue Dream. Just the opposite: the masseuse was very generous and giving. I hope to return to Blue Dream Spa soon and recommend it highly. Make sure you have cash on you as they only accept cash.

This place is not good. It's in one of the bad areas of town. Feels not very safe. When I came in and asked if I could pay with a card, they asked to see my ID. I showed them my license and they tried to take it from me. I told them they couldn't have my license they could just verify the names match. She tried to yank my license out of my hand. Never let someone walk out of sight with your license. I ended up walking over to the gas station and getting cash. Came back and the massage was bad. Dug her fingers in and I made it clear I didn't like that but she kept doing it. She also did a horrible face massage. Bleh. And her scalp massage sucked. Ended with her asking for a tip which she didn't earn. Just a bad experience all around.

I stumbled upon Blue Dream Foot Spa during my road trip across the country and I'm so glad I did! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The massage was absolutely amazing and left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I could tell that the staff really cared about providing a great experience, which made my visit all the more enjoyable. If you're in the Flagstaff area and looking for a top-notch foot spa, I highly recommend checking out Blue Dream Foot Spa. You won't be disappointed!

Actually and genuinely the worst massage spot I’ve ever been too in my life. They left the door open, coughed on me , left multiple times, snatched the towel off me, put a burning hot towel on me, hurt my neck , weak massage, and she ended the massage 20 mins early. I genuinely got robbed, don’t trust any of the google reviews because I did and got destroyed because of it
